i loved the location, its near the main street. the underground parking was secure and i appreciated that. the staff was very helpful . our apartment got a balcony with outdoor furniture and it was cozy.
the beds in my room was not too comfortable but still i get good sleep.

the apartment had a chalet feel and cosiness and was very modern. the rooms are super clean clean, and i love the size of it. the kitchen is equipped with everything i needed.

a cozy mountain stay
fantastic location friendly staff spacious room
i loved this place. the location was fantastic, very close to the lift. the staff was friendly. they were very helpful with directions. the room felt very spacious and clean.
the kitchenette, while well-equipped, lacked essentials like salt.

there was a coffee shop with fresh pastries only a minute's walk away from the hotel. the facility even provides a morning bakery delivery service, a nice convenience to have when traveling with kids. this bakery service was not overpriced.

our two-bedroom apartment was well-equipped with everything needed in the kitchen. it was also nicely furnished. the beds were very comfy and we appreciated the mountain views from the balcony. bathrobes and slippers were included.

great location large terrace mountain views early reception extra cost cleaning policy
I really liked the hotel's location! It was close to the Aiguille du Midi cable car. A short walk took me to the many restaurants and shops. Our one-bedroom apartment had a large terrace. I loved the mountain views from there.
The place is listed as a 5-star, but it did not feel like that! The reception closes early at 8pm. room service was not included and came at an extra cost. I did not like that guests must take out the trash and clean the dishes to avoid a fine.
